Clean room Door is manufactured from galvanized steel / Stainless steel sheets with lock forms edges. insulated and bonded with honeycomb paper/ aluminum core, mineral wool or polyurethane foam forming a rigid flush fittings with innovative flush double glazed finished pure / epoxy polyester powder coating of 70-90 microns of forming a smooth surface finish.

All window units for the MSR modular clean room system are double glazed, and fit flush with both surfaces of the wall panel system & civil wall. The window system is especially designed for the cleaning needs of the pharmaceutical clean room. It is complete silicone sealed, and includes a micro-perforation profile with an integral silica gel moisture absorption system, designed to eliminate fogging.
