Ducting & Insulation

MSR Factory Fabricated Ducts are used in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) to deliver and remove air. The needed air flows include supply air, return air, and exhaust air. Ducts commonly also deliver ventilation air as part of the supply air. G.I Ducting site fabricated complete with supports, nut-bolts with 3 mm thick neoprene gaskets duly installed between flanges. Food grade silicon sealant shall be applied in the longitudinal length of ducts. All clean room ducts are insulated with nitrile rubber, aluminum foil with cello tapes & SR-505 Fevical. Mostly used insulation types are Normal class & “0” class. The main application of insulation is to maintain the cooling & heating of ducting without leakage.
